BIOGRAPHY
Garrett graduated from UCLA in 2014 with College Honors and Departmental Honors where he focused much of his study in Linguistics and Philosophy. He then attended Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana where he laid the foundation for his current trial work through participating in the Litigation Clinic and competing for the Interschool Trial Moot Court team.
Garrett has placed much of his interest in civil litigation having garnered extensive experience in constitutional rights and employment and contract disputes. However, Garrett has also taken on criminal defense cases to aid criminal defendants in matters ranging from misdemeanor DUI's to felony assault charges.

Alongside his father, Garrett also aids in matters of real estate law including closings, commercial transactions, as well as potential disputes arising out of contracts for the sale of land.

In his down time, Garrett enjoys hard-boiled mystery novels, hiking, and trips to the dine-in theater.

L. Garrett Anglin

BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Anglin graduated from Austin Peay State University in 1977 and what is now the University of Memphis School of Law in 1982. Shortly after graduation Mr. Anglin moved to Murfreesboro, Tennessee and has been engaged in the private practice of law since that time. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Tennessee Employment Lawyers Association and numerous other legal organizations. He is admitted to practice in both Federal and State courts.
Even though his office is in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Mr. Anglin has represented folks all over the State of Tennessee. He has tried cases before a jury in numerous counties throughout the State of Tennessee, including Davidson, Shelby, Montgomery and Hamilton Counties.
His trial experience includes both Federal and State Courts where he has tried personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, healthcare liability, premises liability and workers compensation. He has recovered awards for his clients, either by settlement or by trial, in excess of a million dollars. Additionally, Mr. Anglin has tried a wide array of cases involving employment law, including discrimination, FMLA and ADA cases. Mr. Anglin also represents small business owners and individuals in business litigation.
Mr. Anglin also has extensive experience in trying criminal matters. Mr. Anglin’s criminal law experience includes representing clients and trying cases before a jury on a wide array of charges, including murder, aggravated assault, aggravated rape, rape, theft and driving under the influence.
In addition to Mr. Anglin’s many years of actual trial experience, he has also engaged in an active appellate practice. Mr. Anglin has successfully argued cases before the Tennessee Court of Appeals, the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals, the Tennessee Supreme Court and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
